Stream is a billing and payments platform built for Saudi Arabia, covering every stage of the payment lifecycle: invoicing, scheduling, payment processing through local rails, cashflow tracking, and reconciliation.

The company has created a new category between payment processing and accounting software, owning the billing workflow layer that no local or global player currently addresses. Merchants see Stream as their billing system rather than a payment cost, a distinction that drives wallet share from 10% to 80% over time and creates deep operational stickiness through tokenized cards, payment history, and accounting integrations.

We began tracking Stream in October 2024, when it was a niche invoicing tool for nurseries. Over the following months, we watched Ibrahim evolve the platform into a generalized billing infrastructure serving approximately 55 active customers across education, SaaS, clinics, gyms, freelancers, real estate, and events. That trajectory, and the first-principles thinking and obsessive customer focus behind it, is what brought us to lead the seed extension.
