We invested in Tweeq in 2021 due to their strong regulatory progress, a clear GTM via university channels, and deep FinTech experience. In 2024, Tabby – the leading regional BNPL platform acquired Tweeq in an all stock transaction.

The combination brought together Tabby’s proven BNPL platform with Tweeq’s digital banking infrastructure, creating a more complete financial ecosystem for regional consumers.
