Michelle Wong-Jacobs is Partner – Operations and Capital Formation, leading finance, capital formation, and operational functions. She works closely with the Managing Partners to define and deliver the firm’s strategy while ensuring excellence in the LP experience.

Michelle brings extensive experience scaling tech startups, most notably as Chief of Staff to the VP of Growth and COO at Zego, a London-based InsurTech unicorn, and leading Commercial Planning for Deliveroo’s 12 markets in their London HQ.
