Pauline Waigwa is Executive Assistant to the Managing Partners, providing high-level executive, operational, and administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of leadership priorities and firm-wide initiatives.

She specializes in cross-functional project coordination and operational efficiency. Prior to joining BECO, Pauline spent over a decade at Al Tayer Group in progressive roles supporting senior leadership across retail operations and omni-channel functions.
